Status of Affiliation Norms

A. Compliance of special conditions mentioned in the sanction letter for up-gradation

Reference to letter no. CBSE/Aff./530645(SS-00371-01112)/2011/313157 dated 13-05-2011, granting Sanction for Provisional Affiliation for Senior School Certificate Examination, the compliance for the special conditions stated in the letter, to be submitted within three months of issue of the sanction letter, was submitted on June 02,2011 .

  1. The DA and other allowances are being paid to all the staff as per norms.
  2. A copy of the latest EPF Challan for the month April 2011 was submitted.
  3. The school is maintaining a reserve fund of Rs. 1,20,000/-
  4. We have installed exhaust fans and fire extinguishers in the Science Labs.
  5. The school has prescribed NCERT Books.

All other conditions in addition to the general conditions intimated at the time of grant of provisional affiliation for secondary classes are being fulfilled.

B. Compliance of other conditions mentioned in the sanction letter for up-gradation

Reference to letter no.   1. The school started with class XI only w.e.f. July 01, 2011.
  2. The application for extension of Provisional Affiliation would be submitted by June 30, 2013, i.e. the preceding year before the expiry of the date of Affiliation i.e. April, 2014.
  3. The school hereby assures that it will not prepare any students or start any class for any Board except CBSE from its premises.
  4. It is also hereby assured that no transfer of property/sale of school would be made by the Management/Trust
  5. The school assures that the pay & allowance to staff are being revised from time to time to bring it at par with that of the State Govt.
  6. We hereby submit that the service conditions are being followed as per State Education Act and the staff is being given Appointment/Confirmation letters accordingly.
  7. A list of the names of five persons not below the rank of Principals of Senior Secondary schools affiliated with the board was submitted . The board may approve any two as its nominee in the School Managing Committee.Names for nominees of the School Managing Committee

  8. We are maintaining the Section Teacher Ratio of 1:1.5 at each level i.e. Primary (I-V) and Secondary (VI-X) and will maintain the same to Senior Secondary (XI-XII).
  9. The school has constituted a committee, comprising five members, for protection of woman from sexual harassment at the work place and we agree to abide by the guidelines and norms prescribed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in W-P Criminal No. : 666-70 of 1992 Vishakha and other State of Rajasthan and others delivered on 13.08.97.   10. The annual fee for three years (Rs. 4500/-) has already been remitted through a Demand Draft No. 000492 dated 01-06-2011 of Axis Bank in favour of Secretary, CBSE
  11. The school is maintaining a Reserve Fund of Rs. 1,20,000/- in the joint names of the Chairman, The Gurukul and Secretary, CBSE, New Delhi. The School also assures that the interest accruing out of the deposit of Reserve Fund will not be withdrawn by the Management under any circumstances what so ever.
